Established in 2020, the Council of Art & Culture is a pioneering institution dedicated to promoting cultural development in West Bengal, India, and beyond. Founded by renowned cultural advocate SASTHI SARKAR and supported by esteemed artist ASIM HAZRA, our mission is to provide comprehensive training and examination opportunities to students passionate about the arts.
We offer diploma courses, culminating in the award of certificates, designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their chosen fields.
